Refund policy
1. Final Sale Policy (Change of Mind)
Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or "customer error" (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or style). Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered a final sale.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items)
The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us at hello@beyondbasic.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase.
