Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. > Note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Beyond Basic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Beyond Basic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
